- Abstract
The article offers a case study on 24-yr-old woman with risks of respiratory disease due to infection of the Middle East respiratory syndrome coronavirus(MERS-Co V) during respiratory disease outbreak. Topics discussed include process of insertion of a venous cannula on patient, recommendation for reverse transcriptase(RT)-Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) by World Health Organization, to study MERS infected cases and RT-PCR and single- nucleotide polymorphism analysis on viral genomic RNA.
