- Abstract
The article focuses on the structure of the Jewish codes with respect to animal welfare. It states that Jewish religious authorities were processing their age-old regulations which regulate all aspects of human-animal interaction for the followers of the Jewish faith. Moreover, it also mentions that all forms of pre-slaughter stunning are disqualified under Jewish religious law.
