- Abstract
In this paper, the imported bottom sludge is taken as the research object. Through analyzing the basic composition, components and properties of crude oil in sludge, five kinds of demulsifiers are prepared, and the effects of demulsifier type, dosage, action temperature and time, centrifugation temperature, rotation speed and time on demulsification are studied. Through detailed process experiments, the optimum parameters of the demulsitier and centrifugal treatment process are determined. The moisture content can be reduced to less than 1% after treating with 0.2% BKP-4 demulsifier at 60 °C for 1 hour, and then cen1:rifuging at 6 000 rad for 1 minute, and the experimental conditions are close to industrial experiment. This paper provides new ideas for sludge treatment at home and abroad.
