- Abstract
The article reports on the implication of the death of Graham Rattray, which prompted a call for a reappraisal of the care standards on vulnerable people in Scotland. According to the article, a carer was present in Rattray's house during the incident and that his death could be prevented if the carer has been aware of his condition and knows how to deal with it. In addition, Shona Robison, public health minister has called on the National Health Service (NHS) to act on the probe's findings.
