- Title
Is there a minimal amount of time a patient should be dialyzed regardless of measured KT/V?

- Abstract
The article presents a study on the amount of time a patient should be dialyzed regardless of dialyzer clearance, time and volume (Kt/V) that is measured. It reveals that dialysis session of 3 hours may not be sufficient especially for women which should be at least 3.5 hours. Also, when women are being dailyzed based on V, they may be underdialyzed based on body surface area (S) and may receive short dialysis session.
