- Abstract
The article presents an editorial in which the editor discusses his experiences of being an editor and writer. Topics discussed include peer-review process; frustrations of a young and inexperienced writer; and quality of the submitted manuscripts. It notes various advises from the editor such as, to interpret the reviews as opportunities, and to contact the editor of a journal one read regularly and volunteer the services as a reviewer.
