The article describes the case of a 69-year-old man who presented to the emergency department with developing dyspnea and syncope after gardening. Topics covered include the medical history of the patient, the interpretation of his electrocardiogram (ECG) suggesting acute myocardial ischemia associated with exercise, and patient outcome following treatment that included coronary artery bypass grafting.
