- Abstract
According to the characteristic polymorphism sites for the I ABO*A1.02 i and I ABO*O.01.01 i alleles, the c.467 T was unique for the I ABO*A1.02 i allele and the c.261delG was unique for I ABO*O.01.01 i allele. Three nucleotide sites with heterozygote were found in the proband, including c.102C/A, c.261delG, and c.467C/T. When compared to the heterozygous combination of the I ABO*A1.02 i and I ABO*O.01.01 i alleles, only one nucleotide was mismatched at position c.102.
