- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 64-year-old female who diagnosed with acute ascending aortic dissection and a chronic intramural hematoma. It mentions that the patient was treated with aortic and hemiarch replacement using selective antegrade and moderate hypothermia cerebral perfusion after experiencing dyspnea and hypotension.
