- Abstract
The article describes a case of IgG4-associated cholangitis (IAC) with cholangiocarcinoma in a 75-year-old male patient. The patient, who reported a history of coronary heart disease, high blood pressure and hypercholesterolemia, was presented with a tumor in the left lobe of the liver. Details of the results of the gross examination of his hemihepatectomy specimen are provided. A discussion on cholangitic lesion diagnosed on the patient is also presented, including its histological features.
