- Abstract
The article presents a study on the climatological significance of stable isotopes such as deuterium and its relationships in precipitation with temperature and humidity at different altitudes. The relationship is reduced and its isotopic variations in precipitation over south-west China is related to the property of air mass for rainfall. However, vapour generating precipitation with high humidity is predicted to increase probability from the replenishment of re-evaporated vapour inland.
