- Abstract
Granuloma faciale (GF) is an inflammatory dermatosis characterized by brownish-red patches, plaques, papules, and nodules that mostly affect the face (Ohata & Nakama, [8]). Initially our patient responded well to oral prednisone, but GF recurred after the stoppage of treatment.
