- Abstract
The article presents a case study of blisters in a four-year-old girl and its diagnosis. It states that the blisters disappeared two days following the treatment with cephalexin and prednisone, but returned and spread to her soles, palms, and oral and vaginal mucosa. Histology showed subepidermal blisters with inflammatory infiltrate of eosinophils and neutrophils, as well as edema.
