- Abstract
The article offers information on the detection of treatment failure of acute myeloid leukaemia (AML). It states that expression of CD25 helps in the prediction of early treatment failure of AML. It further details that CD25 expression was assessed by flow cytometry and immunohistochemistry in each patient and was also correlated with clinical outcome.
