- Abstract
The article reports on the relative constancy of specific bacteriophage patterns in staphylococci from oral and nasal areas. A study was conducted using nasal swabs and saliva samples from 74 college students which were subject to a staphylococcus medium. It was found that more nasal samples ended up positive for staphylococcus than saliva cultures.
