- Abstract
The article discusses a study which aims to provide the first length-weight relationship (LWR) reference for 30 fish species caught in coastal waters of Veracruz, Gulf of Mexico. It notes that fish species belonging to Polydactylus octonemus and Anchoa hepsetus were examined. The study found that LWR parameters were higher for various species, such as Cynoscion arenarius, Eucinostomus melanopterus and Oligoplites saurus.
