- Abstract
Different compatibility ratios of rhodiola and angelica were used to explore the effects of immune function in mice. Conducted three experiments of cellular immunity,humoral immunity,and non-specific immunity. Seven groups were set up for each experiment,which were control group (C),model group(M), rhodiola group(R),angelica group(A),rhodiola and angelica equivalent mass ratio of crude drug 2:1(RA1) combination group,1:2(RA2)combination group,1:2(RA3)combination group. An immunocompromised mouse model was induced with cyclophosphamide,and the thymus index,spleen index,left and right ear swelling difference,half hemolysis value,phagocytic rate K value and phagocytic index a were used as indicators to analyze the effects of rhodiola and angelica on the immune function of mice. The compatibility group significantly promoted the increase of thymus index (P <0.05)and spleen index (P <0.05),and significantly enhanced the intensity of delayed type hypersensitivity in mice (P <0.05),and significantly increased the half hemolysis value (P<0.05).),the phagocytic index (α)was significantly increased (P< 0.05),and the phagocytic rate (K)was significantly increased (P<0.01). The combination of rhodiola and angelica has an enhanced effect on the immune function of immunocompromised mice. It is speculated that Rhodiola and Angelica have synergistic effects on immune function in immunocompromised mice.
