- Abstract
The article discusses the study on the serious detrimental effects of elevated sea-surface temperatures (SST) on reef-building corals in Malvan, India. It states that the elevated SST is considered as an important factors and its prolonged increase results to the loss of Zooxanthellae. It mentions that the reef in the area is under stress and requires more study to understand the coral bleaching of the reef.
