- Abstract
The article discusses the case of a 59-year-old woman who experienced complete heart block. After presenting to the hospital with three episodes of syncope reported, she began taking one tablet daily of Remifemin. The isoprenaline infusion led to further symptomatic complete heart block and required the use of temporary pacing. She ceased using Remifenin and no further episodes of syncope took place. A discussion on Cimicifuga racemosa as an active ingredient of Remifemin is provided.
