- Abstract
The article describes the association between the intrapulmonary circulation and the degree of lung growth in fetuses with congenital diaphragmatic hernia (CDH). Results reveal that peak early-diastolic reversed flow (PEDRF) is quick and easy to calculate, and demonstrated the strongest and most consistent correlation with lung-to-head ratio (LHR) for gestational age. The link between PEDRF and LHR might be an additional parameter that could aid establish prognosis in fetuses with CDH.
