- Abstract
The article presents a study which examined the effectiveness of residential yards' native landscaping in terms of attracting the native birds. The associations between landscape designs, urban gradient measurements, and socioeconomic factors with the communities of urban birds were explored. Results suggest the importance of urban ecological measurements and socioeconomic variables in interpreting urban bird communities.
