- Abstract
Investigates the mechanism of paracetamol or AAP-induced apoptosis in human HuH7 hepatoblastoma cells. Examination of chromatin morphology, caspase processes and cytotoxicity; Eliciting of significant cytotoxicity by AAP when tested at 10 nM after a 48 hour exposure; Observation of AAP inducing apoptosis in human hepatoblastoma HuH7 cells through mitochondrial membrane depolarisation, mitochondrial cytochrome c release and caspase activation.
