- Abstract
The article discuss a study on in vitro alteration of gene expression of epidermal melanocytes by dendritic cells (DCs) of melanocytic nevus. It mentions the hematoxylin and eosin staining of nevus cells followed by immunohistiochemistry of several immune cell markers. It mentions the correlation of DCs and melanocytic cells and infers that the senescence-associated nevus cell phenotype supposedly affects the DCs within the nevus nest.
