- Abstract
The article discusses a study comparing sensory amplitude electrical stimulation (SES) to sham stimulation delivered via glove electrode during task-specific arm exercise following stroke. SES and repetitive task practice reduces impairment and arm dysfunction when delivered separately following stroke. It states the need for future studies to explore it SES has greater effects if practice is intensive.
