Splenic sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation (SANT) was first described as a distinct pathological entity in 2004 by Martel I et al i .1 SANT is an extremely rare and benign vascular lesion. Splenic sclerosing angiomatoid nodular transformation diagnosed with endoscopic ultrasound-guided fine needle aspiration.
