- Abstract
The article presents a case study of a 73-year-old male who undergone a nasal pterygium surgery and conjunctival autograft. The patient's medical history was unremarkable as he was a non-smoker and has no previous symptoms of cardiovascular disease. Also noted is the diagnosis of the patient with central retinal artery occlusion (CRAO) with paracentral acute middle maculopathy (PAMM) after he undergone extraocular surgery.
