- Abstract
The article focuses on a study conducted to analyze whether Electromagnetic Interference (EMI) and subsequent Cardiac Implantable Electronic Devices (CIED) dysfunction is caused by electric cars. It refers to the examination of 150 consecutive patients with CIEDs between May 2014 and January 2015 who were assigned to 1 of 4 electric cars. It concludes no evidence of EMI with CIEDs.
