The article focuses on the Pennsylvania Constitution' s religious provisions that poses a legal threat to the constitutionality of school vouchers in the U.S state. Topics discussed include the duty of Pennsylvania General Assembly to provide a system of public education and public education options available for the state's children, the legality of school vouchers in the state and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court's submission to the General Assembly in school funding cases.
