- Abstract
The article discusses Werner syndrome has characterized by symptoms such as atrophy of subcutaneous tissues, decreased blood flow and lower activity of fibroblast cells due to metabolic disorders in connective tissues, cause refractory skin ulcers. Topics include prolonged infection has caused the emergence of drug-resistant strain, resulting in a limited choice of antimicrobials of treating the lesion; and treating diabetic foot infections, recommend a microbiological diagnostic method.
