- Abstract
This article presents a study on the effect of TP508 or Chrysalin, on endothelial dysfunction (ED) and on revascularization of ischemic tissues. The study shows the TP508 increases vascular perfusion and myocardial function in porcine hearts with ameroid constrictor-induced chronic myocardial ischemia. It suggests that localized regions of ischemia and ED may limit healing in normal tissues.
