- Abstract
Tumor content was confirmed on histologic as well as molecular analysis, precluding the possibility of non-tumor content affecting the DNA methylation data. Given the histologic overlap between low-grade tumors such as MGNT, DNET, and pilocytic astrocytoma, we performed DNA methylation profiling using standard methods (6) (Supporting Methods).
