- Abstract
The article discusses a study related to the positive effect of neuraminidase inhibitor drug therapy on severe patient outcomes during the spread of influenza A virus in the year 2009 and 2010. It informs that infection of the A virus subtype H1N1 revealed that antiviral therapy reduced the likelihood of severe outcomes. It also informs that the organization International Severe Acute Respiratory and Emerging Infection Consortium carry out treatment studies for Influenza.
