- Abstract
The article discusses the bioethics of conducting pregnancy tests in adults participating in a clinical research including respect for persons in their decisions, beneficence through welfare, and provide medical research benefits equally. Particular focus is given to the challenges faced in conducting pregnancy tests including confidentiality of information, impacting the therapeutic interventions, and the effects on study participation.
