- Abstract
The article focuses on ideology and hegemony and how they affect human understanding of communication. Topics include the practical recognition of human limitations and tacit acceptance of discursive practices, the need for ideological movement to implement radical social change, and the role of communication and context in the formation of ideological ideals and rhetoric. The idea of naturalization in the form of social injunctions and expected practical recognition is discussed, as well as the issues of domination and exploitation.
