Using a rights-based approach to improve the healthcare of children with neurosurgical diseases - Presidential address for the 49th Annual Meeting of the ISPN, Vina del Mar, Chile Certainly, many doctors looking after the health of children are not aware of these rights and hence do not realize that it is possible to use a rights-based approach to argue for the rights of their patients.
