- Abstract
The article presents a discussion on evaluating carbon stock of different agricultural land-uses in a sub-watershed of Thailand. A study was conducted focusing on the use of organic carbon pool to increase agricultural sustainability and whether it can be utilized to lessen atmospheric carbon dioxide. A quadrat sampling methodology was implemented to determine biomass and carbon content of 11 different land uses. It was found that about four-fifths of the land will be able to maintain appropriate level of soil carbon.
