- Abstract
The article offers information on a study related to uterine closure techniques. Topics discussed include comparison of continuous unlocked single versus double-layer closure of the uterine incision; use of double-layer myometrium closure technique and single-layer myometrium closure with decidual suture in the study; and the opinion that double-layer closure may decrease the chance of incomplete closure as it facilitates careful approximation of various layers of the wound.
