- Abstract
Taking the deep foundation pit of a comprehensive pipe gallery shield receiving well in the urban area as an example, analyzes the problems faced by the excavation of deep foundation pit when there are deformation sensitive structures around. In order to reduce the impact of the deep foundation pit construction on the surrounding main control building and power pipe gallery, the underground diaphragm wall with high rigidity and the reinforced concrete internal support support system are used. At the same time, the mixing pile embedded steel pipe, damping ditch, sound barrier, steel protection frame, etc. are set around. Practice has proved that the above measures can better protect the existing buildings and structures. In view of the eccentric entry of large diameter shield, the reinforcement measures for the portal such as arc concealed beam, tunnel side column, coping beam, etc. shall be taken, and the method of removing some internal supports shall be adopted to reduce the ground settlement at the side of adjacent buildings when the shield enters the tunnel. The quantitative analysis results of the finite element software show that the total displacement of the main control building and the power pipe gallery caused by the project construction is within the controllable range. The project can provide useful reference for similar projects.
