- Abstract
The article presents the author's insights on the ethical aspect of engagement in world music. The author examines the challenges of traditional engagement in pushing new possibilities for motivation and social participation in world music education. She notes the spatial and temporal characteristics of world music to describe the existence of identity formation and development of an ethical approach to the study. Moreover, the author mentions the engagement of self-congratulation politics in world music.
