OP05.04: Expert neurosonography versus magnetic resonance imaging: comparison of techniques in detecting cortical abnormalities in a high-risk population A non-consecutive series of cases with a diagnosis of central nervous system (CNS) abnormality at antenatal NSG and MRI, were included in the study. To compare the accuracy of neurosonography (NSG) and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) in the assessment of the fetal cortex in a high-risk cohort of fetuses.
