- Abstract
We thank Prof. Macedo Jr and Dr Leal da Cruz for their comments on our study1. In the conservative approach, expectant management is adopted, with close surveillance based on dynamic ultrasound examination in which, in addition to assessment of the kidneys, bladder thickness, bladder trabeculation and urinary residue are measured. Percutaneous fetoscopic spina bifida repair: effect on ambulation and need for postnatal cerebrospinal fluid diversion and bladder catheterization.
