- Abstract
The article presents the case history of a 63-year-old woman presented with ongoing low back pain and left leg radicular pain who had anterior decompression and strut grafting for adjacent segment disease. Adjacent segment disease (ASD) is said to be one of the most common complications of lumbar spine fusion.
