- Abstract
In the US national institutes of health, Meta analysis software was used to analyze the effect of cerebrovascular accident grade and the clinical effect of rehabilitation care for patients with cerebral hemorrhage to evaluate its effectiveness. The purpose of the software is to evaluate the effectiveness of rehabilitation care provided by the national institutes of health for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and to provide postoperative rehabilitation services for patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. Cerebral hemorrhage occurs very rapidly, with high morbidity, mortality and disability rates. Timely surgery can save the patient's life and improve the survival rate, so postoperative recovery is particularly important, but modern nursing often ignores the patient's early recovery. When the patient is safe, he often misses the best time to recover. In order to help reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage and support their quality of daily life, this paper aims to study the meta-analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect of postoperative rehabilitation and nursing in patients with intracerebral hemorrhage. In this study, the changes of life quality and body function in postoperative rehabilitation nursing care of patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the observation group and the control group were first analyzed by using mathematical statistics and meta-analysis within the experimental scope. The degree of satisfaction of patients with cerebral hemorrhage after segmental rehabilitation nursing was classified by statistical method. The probability of complications and death after postoperative nursing was analyzed by using big data analysis method to fit the data. The experimental data showed that the quality of life, physical function and satisfaction of the control group were significantly lower than those of the observation group after rehabilitation nursing. In the postoperative complication outbreak rate, although there was no significant change, the outbreak rate of the observer was still lower than that of the control group, indicating the importance of rehabilitation care. Experimental data showed that the meta-analysis of rehabilitation treatment after intracerebral hemorrhage surgery helped to improve the quality of life of patients by 74.67%, effectively reduced the recovery time by 50.24%, and improved nursing satisfaction by 90.57% of the population, which promoted the patients to recover health as soon as possible, which was clinically important.
