- Abstract
The article discusses the diagnosis and treatment of livedoid vasculopathy in patients. It examines a 47 year-old patient with livid reticular discoloration and ulceration on both legs. It informs that a vasodilatory effect of prostaglandins inhibits the effect of leukotriene D4. It also informs that Prostaglandin E1 (PGE1) is a promising drug used for the treatment of livedoid vasculopathies.
