The article offers information on single-cell Ribonucleic acid (RNA) sequencing. It mentions about advantage of sequencing to resolve the signal from cell populations that otherwise would be hidden in the output from a bulk preparation. It also mentions about post-translational changes that occur on the protein level, including phosphorylation, ubiquitylation, sumoylation, and acetylation.
