- Abstract
The article describes the case of a young woman who developed intramedullary spinal cord metastasis following spontaneous malignant transformation from giant cell tumor (GCT) of bone. The patient had a recurrent GCT of the bone in the proximal phalanx of her finger. Her plain chest X-ray also showed a small pulmonary module. She also reported progressive paraplegia with vesico-rectal disturbance.
