- Abstract
This article discusses a case study of a 76-year-old patient who underwent surgery for high-grade serous ovarian cancer. Preoperative imaging revealed the presence of a solitary right renal artery, bilateral double ureter, and pleviectasis of the right kidney. The surgery successfully removed the tumor and included various procedures such as omentectomy, hysterectomy, lymphadenectomy, and organ resections. The article highlights the anatomical variations of the renal artery and emphasizes the importance of preoperative imaging to identify such variations. The authors conclude by stating that in-depth anatomical knowledge is crucial for complex oncological surgeries.
