- Abstract
The article discusses the study on the prevalence of smoking and health and risk behaviors of first year and final-year student nurses in Canada. It states that student nurses can influence patient care, behavior and education. The study found that one in six student nurses smoke. It further revealed that changes in the educational systems may lead to more stressful environments for student nurses.
