- Abstract
This article focuses on differentiation antigens in normal and psoriatic skin. The distribution of receptors of keratinocytes in psoriatic epidermis and normal epidermis was studied using three new monoclonal antibodies, 253-B7, 224-C6 and 12-G7, and immunoperoxidase techniques. Monoclonal antibodies (Mcab) 253-B7 and 224-C6 were obtained by immunization of mice with squamous cell carcinoma and Mcab 12-G7 was obtained by immunization with mesothelioma cells. However, using Mcab 253-B7 and the IP technique, different cell layers in the lower epidermal regions were stained.
