- Abstract
The article discusses the study on the effectiveness of two nights of recovery sleep to reserve the negative impact of short-term sleep restriction on glucose homeostasis. The study reportedly involved several health young men who were monitored during normal sleep and sleep restriction during normal sleep and sleep restriction. The results revealed that recovery sleep can effectively reverse the negative effects of sleep deprivation.
